Hello
Inter menstrual bleeding or spotting warrants detailed evaluation
it could be related to STI, injury or inflammation of urogenital tract may be due to rough sex or hormonal imbalances

in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for clinical examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC Liver and thyroid function test urine culture and sensitivity test as well as hormonal assessment study

you may require a course of antibiotics or hormone supplements
have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits

Hope this helps you
Regards
