hi my last cycle was 10/26/14 then on 11/23/14 i was spotting bleeding not sure no cramps no sore nipples didn t feel like a period 11/25/14 nothing now today 11/27/14 i have some cramping with brown milky discharge is this implantation bleeding or my period

i had gone through your question and i can understand your concern

irregular and heavy periods warrants detailed evaluation this could be due to any of following
Hormonal imbalance
endometriosis
DUB (dysfunctional uterine bleeding)
PID or STI

I see such patients in my clinic; after clinical assessment I would advise them for a battery of tests like blood profile urine culture hormonal and nutritional assessment

in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and above men investigations
