Take a well-balanced home-made diet that is good for hair health. You can also take supplements.
Your regular food or supplements should include vitamins D, C, folate (
vitamin B12),
riboflavin (vitamin B2), iron, biotin, zinc, selenium, antioxidants, and
omega-3 fatty acid, etc.
