OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregular bleeding and spotting can be due to pregnancy, uterine pathology or some local lesions in the vaginal or cervical region including cervical cancer.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and ultrasound, and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
