What Causes Intermenstrual Spotting?

Hi, I last got my pz in aug2nd, n havnt glt dem again, hwvr arnd end aug I spotted for a week den stopped no bleeding. Now again its 2weeks ive been getin a spot evry day n weneva I hav sex I get a spot. I tested 4 pregnancy end aug bt it was negative. I hav no pain n no other discharge watso ever. Wat cud it be? Im scares

Following are the causes of your problem:
Hormonal imbalance
Vagina: Infection, adenosis, vaginitis
Cervix: polyp, infection by gonorrhea or chlamydia, cervicitis, dysplasia
Uterus: Polyp , adenomyosis, endometriosis, dysplasis
Drugs like OCP, steroids
Ovarian cyst.
Thyroid disorder

Do the following tests:
Full hormonal analysis
USG
Endometrial biopsy
PAP smear
Cell culture, Swab test, PCR, NAAT, smear microscopy for infections

After diagnosis take proper treatment
