Hi,

There are many reasons for blood in the urine. Urinary tract infection, Bladder infection, Kidney infection, Renal calculi, Benign or malignant lesion on bladder or kidneys, any injury, bleeding disorder, drug-induced radiation.

kindly share more details regarding the investigation you already did. so it will be easy for further differential diagnosis. Usually, surgery will be postponed for blood in the urine ( thinking of bleeding disorder).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
