General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to muscle strain or contusion due to repeated physical exertion.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

It is better to consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan to rule out tendon or ligament involvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
