What Causes Intermittent Headaches, Upper Body Pain And Dizziness After A Rhinoplasty?

I had a rhinoscopy on thurs afternoon. Since that time I have had a splitting headache, upper body aches, and lightheadedness. I thought I was coming down with something but so far no additional symptoms. I wondering about side effects of the lidocaine used for the procedure.

Nothing to worry. After any nasal surgey it occur due to compromised airway which aggregated by per operative use of lidocaine+adrenaline. U will be fine after 3-4 days
