What Causes Intermittent Hot Flushes In The Left Foot?

I am getting an episodic warm flush in my left foot that is not painful. I can t specify a cause. It happens when I am in bed, or after walking, or while walking. It lasts maybe a few minutes. Both my feet feel the same temperature to the touch but my left foot feels like it s being flushed with warm water from the inside.

Ah, there is a big difference between the causes of VISIBLE hot flushes and not visible. If there is a visible change in the circulation then it could be any thing that affects etiher the vessels or the nerves. Local trauma, previous frostbite, and many other causes. BUT if it is just the sensation then it is a nerve effect and not circulation. It might still be from previous trauma or frostbite (but less likelyh) or it can be from any pinching along the nerve or any condition that can make a nerve sick (lyme, multiple sclerosis, ..mostly no cause is found).
