What Causes Intermittent Nausea After Eating Eggs, Bacon And Potatoes?
Please help all I ate today was eggs and bacon and potatoes when I went to a diner I waited a couple hours went to a fair and got on an amusement ride and it was really hot I got really nauseated a couple hours pass and I m still like this I haven t thrown up yet it comes and goes
Hi. Thank for your query. Noted the history of eating eggs, bacon and potatoes for dinner and then went to amusement park for a ride, got nausea but no vomiting as yet. The logical answer looks to be amusement ride on full stomach causes nausea and one feels like vomiting. I would advise you the following: some water orally. Take a PPI like Omeprazole and a motility regulator like Domperidone for nausea. Hopefully, this should be sufficient. But if the symptoms progress to vomiting, loose stools, fever and so on, there is then a possibility of gastroenteritis. And then you may need additional treatment with an antibiotic active against intestinal infection.
