I experience a pressure in my bladder as if I need to urinate. It is uncomfortable. It s on and off.I went to see a urologist : he tested my prostate and could not find anything wrong. As it re-occurs I went back , and the urologist insert a camera into my bladder : still nothing wrong. I thought it was due to exciting drink like coffee but today I skip my coffee and it re-occurs again.Kindly advise
When routine tests are normal, it seems u r suffering from overactive bladder (OAB). U need to modify ur lifestyle with restricted water intake to 2-2.5 litres per day, avoid coffee/tea/smoking. Take anticholinergics like Cap Soliten 5mg, later may be increased to 10 mg once daily for 3 months. over t, u will improve.
