What Causes Intermittent Redness& Tingling In Legs?

I am 72 yoa female, overwheight (5'2" at 215 lbs, white) have non-painful intermittent redding on both of my lower legs. No swelling present. Vascualr exam was non-conclusive. Some tingling at times, but not consistent. Not influenced by cold or heat. Distribution is like raynauds.
