What Causes Intermittent Sharp Left-sided Abdominal Pain Radiating Towards The Leg?

Yesterday, I was having intermittent sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. Today, it moved to the left side and got MUCH worse. Pain is sharp in one area, but also felt across lower back and down into leg. Can t stand straight and walking is difficult.

It can be due to iliotibial tract spasm. Try taking Orphenadrine citrate and paracetamol combination for 3 days.
