What Causes Intermittent Spotting, Sore Breasts, Nausea And Cramping?

I had some spotting last week then Sunday had heavier bleeding but not as heavy as a period, then back to spotting only when I wiped after that. I took a pregnancy test tues and got a faint positive, I took 2 more Wednesday and also faint positive. Today I took 2 tests and they said negative. Went to dr and he did a urine test, after I had drank some liquid and urinated multiple times. The test came back negative. Do u think this was a chemical pregnancy? Should I request blood work? Could I still be pregnant? My breasts are still sore and I have been experiencing nausea most of the day for over a week. Also have some slight cramping today

Hi, it could be a chemical pregnancy. You can confirm it by a blood bhcg test. You might be getting your periods anytime. Take some progesterone for supporting the pregnancy next time. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
