What Causes Intrusive Thoughts In A Child?
my son is 11 years old and he had a lot of bad idea and he is blaming himself all the time for getting these bad idea which is mainly relating to the sexual things like kissing his classmate in the school . and also he is thinking the same idea about his mother and sister who is 5 years old.

May be your child developing obsessions of sexual thought, needs to be assessed in detail whether he is having obsessive compulsive disorder. Look whether he is having intrusive thoughts like he isn't clean or any unnecessary doubts. He needs to get assessed by a Psychiatrist and treated with SSRIs or by psychotherapy.
