What Causes Involuntarily Abnormal Exhalation At Night?
Sometimes at night, I will involuntarily exhale, with no effort, no pain, no discomfort, as if its not even a part of me. Like a breath inside of me that just gets released. I do not have any shortness of breath, or any other problems. Truthfully, it feels creepy.
