Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

A thoroguh Musculoskeletal assessment is advised.

As you have undergone the surgery, the abdominal muscles are weak due to the incision. So for which most patients post abdominal surgery is are advised to undergo physical therapy for respiratory and muscle weakness. Patients respond well to physical therapy and the healing of the tissues are faster. You can learn breathing exercises from a physical therapist who can help you learn the exercises which you can Perform at home as well.

I see patients with post surgery of abdominal muscles and the implementation if physical therapy provides the early recover and balance between the respiratory system and the muscles.

Regards.
