i am 24 years old.while i am sleeping without my knowledge sperm is coming out. sir what is the reason for this. how can i prevent this.it will make any problems in my future. do i want to meet any doctor can u please write about this. faithfully sreekumar

To get night emission or involuntary discharge of semen during sleep is natural and normal at the age of adolescence .

The production of semen is constant process that is going on for 24 hours .and whatever semen is lost during emission is replaced by producing new semen in the body .

It will not have any negative effect on your sexual potency or any sexual related activities .

There is no treatment for night emission it gets resolved without any treatment over a period of time and after one resumes his normal sexual activities .
