involuntary Penis and Testicle movement I had a circumcision 8 years ago, after the circumcision one side of the penis skin was not good. After that I feel my testicles moving constantly, my penis Feels like parasites moving inside going up/down. the movement is not just in the scrotum testicles It is also in the penis just as much it ticks, vibrates, and literally will pick itself up from one side to another by itself. Feeling of parasite movement starts from inside scrotum, penis, all over my body finally coming back to inside scrotum. Most time This movement specially happens when the weather is cold. When parasite movement feeling moving from scrotum to all my body I feel itching. Please help
It's a normal mechanism for the scrotum to change its shape and size on and off according to the temperature. It's made in such a way to maintain the temperature of the insides (testicle) for seamless production of sperm. If your problem persists we can do ESR blood investigation to rule out parasitic infection.
