What Causes Involuntary Passing Of Urine?

hello..im 27 yrs old, about 5'4 n 110 pds..for about almost two weeks I have found out that ive urinated (thats whati think it is) on different occations. Ive woken up from a nap, been at a family event, or just sittin down..the funny thing I that I dont even feel it/notice til I go to the restroom...can u explain what it could be? Is something wrong with me..do I need to go see a doctor

As per my clinical experience, it indicates possible urinary infection affecting the bladder tone or sphincter. Primary evaluation with lab tests and ultrasound of pelvis are immediately required to figure out the cure action plan.
