What Causes Irregular Bowel Movements With Gas And Cramping?

Hello, ive been having very un-regular stools for awhile now. Sometimes its firm and other times loose, i get grumbles in my stomach and a lot of gas. sometimes i get bad cramps with it other times it just grumbles and feels very acidic. i have visited the doctors and he prescribed me with anti spazmatic tablets. After a month of taking them there is no result. can you give me a good idea what it may be before i visit the doctors on Tuesday

Abdominal pain relief by defecation,
change in stool consistency,
change in stool frequency.

Colonoscopy can done for further diagnosis.
