What Causes Irregular Bowel Movements?

I am a married man of 43 years I have two grown kids.As I have a very strong sexual drive so I use to mastrubate daily n sometimes twice or thrice a day.I use to have intercourse with my wife after 7 to 10 days now I wanna ask U to please tell me as I am not having frequent bowl movement , Is it because of mastrubation ???????

I really appreciate your concern, masturbation and bowel movement are nothing to take with each other, it is the constipation if you are not having regular bowel movement, and it could be due to less water intake and less fiber diet, else it is not related with the masturbation hope this information helps.
