General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Chronic brown staining in your underwear is referring to a possible uro-genital problem.

Further lab tests are needed to determine the right diagnosis including:
- Urine analysis
- Vaginal swab testing
- Ultrasound of the abdomen and uro-genital tract and transvaginal ultrasound to evaluate the changes in your genitalia.

We should rule out possible uro-genital infection and genital abnormal growths (tumors).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
