What Causes Irregular Heart Beats And Dizziness?
with heart irregular beats in a male over 75, should he elevate feet. We are visiting in Utah 4000ft from LA sea level He has a cold and took generic Claritin D sinus, cough and sore throat. His cold is getting better but the dizziness, heart rate are uncomfortable

As per the history given by you the patient might have atrial fibrillation or a heart block. I advice you to do an investigation like ECG and 2D ECHO and follow up with a report. We will decide afterwards about limb elevation.
