ok this has me a bit scared. i am 46 and use a cpap machine everything seemed fine until about 3 weeks ago. I just was getting very anxious and stressed out and literally broke down crying and took myself to the emergency room, my chest had been hurting for a while. I have noticed since then that when i lay down to sleep that my heart seems to be be beating differently or at least feels this way. My lungs seem full of fluid and I am NOT sleeping super well. I go to bed quite early, wear the mask and am often up at 2 and cannot get back to sleeep wearing the mask. Why so sudden? how scared should I be, I am tired all the time, but not falling asleep at the wheel or anything. I am thinking that something has really changed and that I am suffering from sleep deprivation
