Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello Ma'am
I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that Mitral Valve Prolapse (MVP) is a kind of structural heart abnormality that cause Mitral regurgitation which can cause dilatation of Left Atria ultimately predisposing to Arrhythmias.
So its advisable to to consult a cardiologist personally and get an Echocardiography done to see the suction Al and structural status of your Mitral valve and also an EKG. So that the management plan can be decided accordingly.

I wish you good health
