What Causes Irregular Heartbeats?
I was recently in the hospital for irrigular heartbeat. My cardio had several test performed such as, stress test, ecocardiogram, angiogram and he says my heart is like a youngster. I have constant irregular heartbeats (dbl beat stop) all day long. Any thoughts and/or suggestions?

You have not mentioned your age,weight,about life style(smoking,alcohol,any stress)family history of heart disease.
Avoid caffeine (tea,coffee,cola)
Take proper sleep,
Do exercise regularly, attend yoga /meditation.
