Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concerned. It is good to know that you are concerned. I have noticed two things. Firstly, she did not need the emergency contraceptive pill since she was in the safe period during the intercourse. Please remember that ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next period and this is the fertile phase. As the pill contains high hormone content, withdrawal bleeding ensues and this is what happened. However, the hormone imbalance created did not stop there but resulted in continuous bleeding which needs active management. Please see a specialist for further care. Styptics help to control the bleeding. General condition also has to be improved. Hope this helps.
