Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. If the girl attained natural menstruation after the intercourse, she is highly unlikely to be pregnant. Ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next period and this is when an intercourse can lead to pregnancy. In the scenario, to allay the fears of your friend, a trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram may be done to know the status of the pelvic organs and definitely exclude pregnancy. Hope this helps.
