Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
If you are trying to get pregnant, I will suggest you to get post menstrual HSG done-
Hysterosalpingography. This test helps to know about the patency of the fallopian tubes.
Also, partner's semen analysis is advisable to know about the quantity and quality of the sperms.
As you have mentioned that you have
irregular periods, it can be due to absence of ovulation or due to PCOS-
polycystic ovaries. Please get USG done to know about ovarian volume and echo texture.
As per the ovarian condition, medicines to induce ovulation can be considered.
Once the whole diagnosis is made, you can use
ovulation induction medicines followed by follicle study from day 10 of the cycle. This helps to know the exact day of ovulation. You can opt for IUI-
Intrauterine insemination on that day or plan sex activity on and around that day.
Please start with Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements, as it helps to prevent various complications during pregnancy and delivery.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
