Hi! I'm 19 years old, 115lbs, 5'7, and my period is 8 days late. I got my first period when I was 12 and until this month my cycle were regular, and 28 days. Took two hpt ob the second a 5th day that was late the result was negative. Should I get a blood test to find out if I'm pregnant

As you have got negative urine pregnancy test, most probably you are not pregnant. My recommendation to you is to wait for a week to get your menstrual period. Most likely you will get your periods. In case you miss your period then repeat a urine pregnancy test as it will give you an accurate result then about your pregnancy status.
