What Causes Irregular Orange Spotting Along With Cramps?

I have never been pregenant before, and I have been with the same guy for four years. I m 23, and very recently the last week Ive been spotting orange/pink with very very minimal blod clot if any. It also is only when I wipe and very light. It also lightens, gets a little heavier (but still light) then nothing. Its been going on for the past three days, I have also had minor sickness, cramps, and now a lite cold. My periods due in a week, should I get a test now or wait a week after my pissed period?

Hello,

You are not having periods, yet are having orange spotting with clots. It may be indicative of uterine or cervical polyps. Sometimes, miscarriage may present with such symptoms, hormonal imbalances, early pregnancy, hypothyroidism, PCOS, uterine fibroids or endometriosis, etc. may cause similar symptoms.

You are suggested to wait for a couple of days and get pregnancy test done if you had unprotected sex with your partner and were not on CP or taken any emergency CP. Get clinically examine by an OBGYN and get all required tests and investigations done to detect the factor causing you discomfort. You will be accordingly treated.
