Could it be that im pregnant or just an irregular period?
If you have a history of menstrual irregularities then there should be some underlying condition (e.g. polycystic ovaries) that may require a diagnosis and can be treated as well, so please approach your doctor for the same.
You should know that these conditions can cause a hormonal imbalance which in turn can result in a presentation exactly similar to yours. So in my opinion, your symptoms are due to a hormonal imbalance caused due to some underlying factor, and nothing else.
Best wishes.
