What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Weight Gain?

Hi , I am 23 year old girl and five month back I shifted to a new place. I am having irregular periods . Cycle days have increased to 40 days Never had a heavy flow but nowdays I have very scanty flow. This time , I had flow for just few hour , scanty and had clots flow. There is a increase in the weight. Currently I weigh 65 kg and height is 156 cm. What could be the possible reason ?

hi dear .. i feel you have developed cystic ovaries. its very common. you should loose weight and start some cardio workout. eat a healthy diet. your periods should become regular again.. if this doesnot help kindly visit a gynac. get an ultrasound done.
