What Causes Irregular Periods And Bleeding After Orgasm?
I do not have regular periods and I am hoping you can help with my question. From time to time I randomly will pass a blood clot and bleed vaginally, then it will stop a few hours later, at most. I also will sometimes bleed after I have an orgasm. I have no cramping when this happens.

Irregular period are due to hormonal imbalance which in turn is due to lack of exercise and weight gain, so you need to exercise regularly, reduce weight and 30mins of sunlight exposure. There can be blood mixed fluids released from vaginal glands after orgasm. Don't worry, it is normal.
