Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone carefully through your concern and understood your query. The cause of your symptoms is an hormonal imbalance. Usually a polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common cause, but other hormonal imbalances can cause it too.

I would recommend an ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries, as well as some hormonal examinations:

- Prolactine level at 8.00 a.m

- FSH, LH, estradiol and progesterone

- Testosterone level

- TSH

After the above results, it will be a pleasure to help you further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best wishes,
Dr. Mirjeta
