OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The knots in the groin area are not related to irregular periods. These can be due to swollen lymph nodes and may need a direct examination for diagnosis.

The irregular periods can be related to the hormonal disturbance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
