What Causes Irregular Periods Associated With Pain In The Abdominal Area?

Okay so my girldfriend hasnt had a period yet, we last had sex about 2 weeks ago. She hasnt had a period yet but its a irregular cycle, we took 2 pregnancy tests and they came back negative. But she is having a lot of white vaginal discharge with a itch that seems like ingrowth what could be the problem, mind ahe still hasn t had a period yet and but has cramps at her lower left abdominal area

Hi.

Symptoms like excess white discharge & itching post - sex might be due to protozoal, yeast or bacterial infection.

I would advice her to,
1. Take Antibiotics (flagyl / antibiotic pills or creams) for a week
2. If not take candid V1 for 6days
3. Maintain good hygiene and wash the vagina with soap warm water regularly.
4. Avoid feminine products
5. Use soft cotton undergarments
6. Have safe sex
