What Causes Irregular Periods, Increase In Weight And Pimples On Face?

Hi Doctor,
I am facing from irregular periods from past 4 months . i have not got my periods from last month till current date. now i am facing problem with increase in my size ,to much of pimples on my face and hemorroid. also i had physical relation with my fiance and in june we are getting married will this effect my future life. please suggest me the best

I really appreciate your concern such irregularities are very common in early age and no need to worry about this neither this will effect the future relation increasing the weight might be due to the hereditary problem that you can control with diet alone cut down the calorie, hope this information helps you have nice day.
