OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

1. You may have to take few blood tests for haemoglobin n TSH and a ultrasonography of whole abdomen n pelvis
2. Symptoms are mostly suggestive of endometriosis but further work up needed
3. Depending on the ultrasonography report, we can go for either medical (to start with 3 month course of OCP)or surgical treatment if it’s a case of endometriosis

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prathiksha, OB & GYN Specialist
