What Causes Irregular Spotting Post Menopause?
Hi Dr. Lundi,
I am 59 yrs old, female and weigh 280 lbs. Post menopausal (around 10 years). Have been spotting infrequently for last couple of months. The spotting is now happening almost daily. I had pelvic ultrasound which showed posterior fibroid (18 mm). Endometrial echo measures 9 mm in thickness. Uterus and ovaries are unremarkable. What do you think and what is next step?
