What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting After Sex?

Hello , I have been sexually actively during the whole fertile Plus ovulation day unprotected . My period came on but first day only spotted . Second day light . Third day light enough to wear a panty linear . I have no appetite but I keep pooping . When I try ratting my stomach feels sick . Could I possibly be pregnant ?
