Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the manner you have been spotting added to the fact that you are passing yellowish colored urine suggests that you may have landed up with some transient hormone imbalance subsequent to an urine infection. A proper clinical assessment, urinalysis, a blood test for pregnancy and a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram are needed to clarify the situation. Further management can be planned accordingly. Infections, if any, should be promptly treated. Hope this helps.
