I m not sure, I took plan b before I was gonna get my period, my period should have been on the 30th of november but I was told it could throw me off. I m also getting very dizzy and light headed here and there not sure if it s anxiety from being so nervous from all this, I need help please
Your most symptoms, including irregularity in the menses seems to be due to Plan B pill you have consumed.
Plan B pills contain progestational medicine. Progesterone does cause nauseating feeling leading to some dizziness. This is due to stomach acidity. Some proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole will give you some relief from this.
Furthermore, Plan B pills cause some bleeding few days after its consumption. Therefore you had some spotting for few days which ultimately ended in regular menstruation. This needs no treatment.
Next time you would get your menses regularly.
I hope this helps you.
