What Causes Irritable Bowel Syndrome , Sore Nose And Cold?
age 66, 5ft 11inches high weight 14 stone.
Excellent health to 63 years old since then seem to have developed IBS suffered spastic colon in late 20's
Still very active play racketball 3 times a week.
However I seem to have a cold in my head all the time with sneezing and a sore nose. I do not suffer from hayfever or sinus problems. It seems to refer to the base of my spine (uncomfortable to sit) prostate? and I have extreme discomfort
in the tip of my penis. I am concerned about prostate cancer or information of the prostate. My blood tests show no abnormality.

Happy to about how active in this age. Irritable bowel syndrome is idiopathic may abnormal connection between brain and gut.
it may aggravated by spicy food and alcohol, smoking .
Dairy products and peanut may also may aggravate this problem.
I think you also suffering from allergy or it may be due viral rhinitis.
Avoid allergen, avoid smoking. Use tab.alday dc twice a day for five days. avoid cool'drinks and freeze water. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
