What Causes Irritation And Pain In Penis?

the tip of my penis has been irritated it looks find but when it rubs against my boxers at certain angles it feels like a needle is being struck into it. Also, after a work shift my boxers have specles of blood everywhere which im assuming is coming out of the head of my penis.
