What Causes Irritation And Redness Along With Itching Sensation On Under Arms?

I have had very irritated, VERY red, and itchy under arms this week, and it sometimes feels as if there is sweat on the underarm, but I am not sweating. I used to have it last month, but it went away for about 2 weeks and came back again. I put talcum powder on it yesterday, and it was really dry and painful. I am using Eucerin moisturizer and redness relief cream. I don t know if I will get good results. I am wondering what is this? Is it a underarm rash, allergy, or am I using the wrong deodorant? (If I am using the wrong deodorant, what is a good deodorant to use?)

Well come to HCM
Such itching could be due to allergic reaction and it may be due to perspiration, such itching can be managed with second generation anti-histamine and the best drug is Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day
drink more water, have more vegetables, hope this information helps, take care.
