OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. The symptoms of irritation and bleeding in vagina with vulval redness is suggestive of infection in vagina ad vulva. The infection more seems to be fungal (candidal), as it causes severe redness , irritation and bleeding on removing the discharge.
I suggest you to consult your OBGYN specialist and get yourself evaluated, investigated and treated. Any malignancy also needs to be ruled out.
Hope this answers your question.
Wishing you good health.
