What Causes Irritation During Bowels Pain After Bowels?

Hello Sir, while passing stools i have slight irritation after that pain remians 2 to 3 hours. im not sure bt i noticed some blood also once. do i need to consult a doctor in my city or it is just some slight prblem which will get normal over time? please answer my query so i can take corrective steps.

Dear- thanks for using our system. You might be experiencing colitis or colon inflammation .This can be secondary to food ,specially if you eat spicy or fried.Other possibility is Chrons or ulcerative colitis. Sometimes,internal hemorrhoid can also give this irritation.You should try diet modification,drink plenty of fluids and see if improves. If it doesn't, you need to have a colonoscopy for a detailed visualization of the colon.
