As per your query you have symptoms of irritation in eyes, nose, throat and difficulty in breathing which is due to a condition known as allergic rhinitis. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to allergen such as dust, cold drinks, ice creams. You should take combination of montelukast+citrizine once daily at bed time. You should use fluticasonenasal spray twice daily. If symptoms keeps on persisting you should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Doctor may also refer you to pulmonologist for lung infection. You should take steam inhalation. Do gargle with warm saline rinses. You can also soothen your throat by lozanges and booster your immunity by taking multivitamins in diet.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
